What to Expect in Our IOP

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is typically a four-week commitment to intensive treatment. During your time in IOP, you can expect:

  1. Consistent Engagement: Attending the program every day for approximately 3 hours during your scheduled day or evening sessions.
  2. Individualized Support: You will receive an individual check-in with a member of our clinical team at least once per week to discuss your progress and address any specific needs.
  3. Medication Management: For those who require it, our program includes comprehensive medication management services once a week, including regular reviews and adjustments as needed.
  4. Family Involvement: We believe that family support is crucial for healing. Our program includes regular family therapy sessions to facilitate communication and understanding.

Your journey with us is dynamic and tailored to your individual needs. We continuously monitor your progress and conduct reevaluations, particularly after the initial four weeks, to ensure you are receiving the most appropriate level of care. In some cases, individuals may benefit from a slightly longer stay in IOP to solidify their progress before stepping down.

Should you require ongoing individual therapy beyond our program, we will provide you with referrals to qualified therapists in the community to ensure continuity of care and continued support on your path to wellness.
