As CEO of Mind Above Matter, Yossi is driven by a mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care for all, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to heal and thrive. With a vision for growth and innovation, he is committed to breaking down barriers to care and creating meaningful change in the behavioral health landscape. Beyond his professional mission, Yossi values family above all else and strives to make a lasting impact both in his work and within his community. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and traveling, always seeking new experiences to share with loved ones.

With over 15 years' experience in behavioral healthcare, Summer is a dynamic leader recognized for her commitment to clinical excellence and operational growth. She has held executive roles as COO at BasePoint Health and Senior Director at Springstone, where she led strategic improvements and expansion efforts. A Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Summer believes in servant leadership and fostering meaningful change in mental health care. When she’s not leading teams, she’s hitting the pavement as an avid runner and embracing life as a proud “boy mom".

Dr. Gary Malone brings decades of distinguished clinical expertise to his role as Medical Director at Mind Above Matter. A board-certified physician in both general and addiction psychiatry and psychoanalysis, Dr. Malone has dedicated nearly 45+ years to compassionate psychiatric care and supporting individuals on their journeys toward healing and wellness.

Reynalyn Hall, LCSW

Reynalyn Hall brings 12 years of behavioral health experience across all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, PHP/IOP, and individual counseling. She has supported clients from adolescence through older adulthood, including those with substance use needs. Reynalyn leads with a servant leadership approach, guiding with grace and fostering growth in both clients and clinicians. Outside of work, she enjoys good food and traveling.

Carolyn Thompson LCSW-S

Carolyn, LCSW, brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings. At Mind Above Matter, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and staying active with fitness classes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A lifelong performer, Carolyn once danced with a semi-professional team for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Legends, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.

With nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment, Jesse has worked across community-based care, acute hospitalization, and residential treatment settings. His expertise lies in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need. Passionate about helping others navigate their mental health journey, Jesse remains committed to making a positive impact. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Joann Gillen, M.Ed

With over 31 years in education, Jo is a seasoned leader and passionate advocate for youth mental health. Holding dual master’s degrees in Education and Counseling, she’s served on the superintendent’s cabinet and various educational boards. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Jo brings a global perspective and deep commitment to student well-being. Raising six children gave her firsthand insight into youth development. She's been a catalyst for change, leading crisis response and counseling services, and spearheading mental health outreach.

Jennifer Pounds MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer Pounds is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in psychiatric mental health. She earned her Post-Master’s certificate from West Texas A&M and has a passion for helping others. In addition to her extensive nursing background, Jennifer manages her family's 130-year-old ranch in central west Texas, where they raise Beefmaster cattle and grow hay, cotton, and peanuts. She’s also an active member of her church, playing piano for worship.

As a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a proud Marine Corps veteran, Ashley possesses a unique perspective and a profound understanding of diverse needs. Her extensive clinical background spans working with adolescents and adults across various settings, including private practice, inpatient hospitalization, and specifically with veterans. Ashley is truly passionate about people and absolutely loves counseling. Outside of her professional life, Ashley finds peace and rejuvenation through long walks, listening to music, and reading.
